About the position

In this role, you will cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices. This includes developing corrective actions for violations or non-compliance and supporting the Open Door Policy. You will support the implementation and sustainment of digital change initiatives, mobile applications, digital roadmaps, and product launches across designated areas. This involves partnering with operators to ensure adoption and seamless execution of these initiatives through training, communication, technology, and guidance. You will work closely with operators on strategy execution, facilitating alignment between teams within different workstreams in the digital space, determining and supporting resource requirements, and reacting to changes in the retail environment. Additionally, you will build strategies and provide recommendations and process improvement plans that facilitate market share growth and the adoption of digital products. Your responsibilities will also include driving omni-channel performance and efficiencies by collaborating with stakeholders to obtain market research and data. You will review key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, wait times, sales, and product quality, and build action plans to improve performance. This will require researching, evaluating, and analyzing data, identifying and analyzing operational gaps, and developing and implementing solutions to improve program and process metrics. You will lead process improvement projects and utilize data to provide insights that shape process improvement plans to facilitate a seamless customer experience in delivery services, pickup, site-to-store, and online grocery pickup. Furthermore, you will manage and assess program performance by tracking activities, goals, targets, KPIs, and budgets for initiatives to evaluate results and continually improve the performance and metrics of future campaigns. You will drive store-level efforts for omni-channel adoption through social media networks and store-level customer interactions, providing guidance to store associates to enable omni-channel service and product adoption initiatives. This includes technology walkthroughs, associate knowledge level assessments, facility-driven social media posts, and the promotion of available services. You will also provide associates with tools and resources to grow wallet share for omni-channel services and products. Your role will involve driving implementation plans that align with market performance data, identifying areas of potential improvement, and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders to monitor and align progress and execution. You will track and report on financial performance and provide recommendations on new process improvements. Monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures is crucial, as you will support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans. You will provide feedback to key stakeholders around specific municipal, county, or state laws that impact digital services to prevent negative impacts on the business. Additionally, you will develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to achieve business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives. Engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives will be part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting associate efforts in these areas. You will drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly. You will also develop contingency plans and demonstrate adaptability while supporting continuous learning. Providing supervision and development opportunities for associates will be essential, including selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and ensuring diversity awareness. You will promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Finally, you will ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
