We are looking for a Digital Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in developing a scalable digital platform that supports the Spark Performance League and adds value to various stakeholders, including elders, family members, staff, and property owners. The Digital Operations Manager will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining a database-integrated web platform, ensuring it meets the needs of existing Lifespark Living (LSL) communities and can accommodate future growth. This position involves overseeing interns who will produce content for the site and managing both live and print distribution channels. The content will also be optimized for social media platforms to promote LSL communities as the premier choice for senior living in their respective markets. This role is remote-based, with occasional travel required. In this position, you will build and maintain the SparkPillars.com platform, develop and oversee the platform's e-commerce offerings, and manage a team of League Journalism Interns. You will also serve as the producer for the Really Big Show and the publisher of the Really Big Newspaper, overseeing the production of weekly podcasts related to the Lightning and Thunder Leagues. Collaboration with Lifespark's Marketing and Communications team is essential to ensure brand fidelity and to expand the reach of social media posts that celebrate LSL's commitment to strength, purpose, and belonging. Additionally, you will develop opportunities for earned media coverage of Spark, further enhancing our outreach and impact.
