About the position

The Digital Operations Specialist will be a key member of the Digital Experience team, supporting Digital and Social Marketing Managers in the medical device industry. This role involves overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring timely progress, conducting quality assurance, and managing campaign tracking codes and purchase orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring smooth progress from start to finish.
  • Provide consistent progress updates and flag any potential delays to keep timelines on track.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all deliverables.
  • Manage the creation and testing of campaign tracking codes (UTMs) for digital assets.
  • Manage the process of requesting purchase orders (POs), ensuring they are opened on time and verifying that vendors invoice the correct amounts at the right time.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or a related role, with strong customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter ability to work independently.
  • A minimum of three days a week in-office attendance is required.
