About the position

Astound Broadband is currently searching for a Digital Paid Media Project Manager! This role is essential in supporting the everyday operations of the Paid Media program for Astound Broadband. As a detail-oriented project manager, administrator, and consultant within the digital paid media discipline, the Digital Paid Media Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day details and operations of corporate and local marketing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring their timeliness and success. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage various aspects of project management, creative development, strategic support, reporting, and operational oversight. The Digital Paid Media Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Paid Media & Affiliates, and will be responsible for reviewing and understanding historical testing, innovations, and best practices within paid media. The role involves maintaining testing documentation and a master testing plan in collaboration with the agency, aligning with onsite and traditional marketing test plans. The manager will also design digital paid media campaigns aimed at efficiently driving sales while meeting company goals in key geographic markets and consumer segments. In addition to project management, the role includes leading creative development for paid media campaigns, working closely with the Director of Omni-channel to ensure brand requirements are met. The Digital Paid Media Project Manager will also support the accounting and finance teams in managing budgets and invoices, ensuring fiscal accountability of agency spending. This position is integral to the team, requiring a proactive approach to support workflows and deliver on-time launches and project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Paid Media program.
  • Act as a project manager, administrator, and consultant within the digital paid media discipline.
  • Run day-to-day details and operations of corporate and local marketing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Review and understand historical testing, innovations, and best practices within paid media.
  • Maintain testing documentation and master testing plan with the agency.
  • Design digital paid media campaigns to drive sales and meet company goals.
  • Support project management of national and local paid media programs for Residential and B2B.
  • Develop campaign documentation including briefs, performance reports, and new market initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison to B2B and Corporate Residential functions for campaign development.
  • Support accounting/finance teams in budget and invoice management.
  • Lead creative development for Paid Media campaigns in collaboration with the Director, Omni-channel.
  • Develop a creative testing roadmap with the agency and manage creative asset production.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Paid Media, Creative Production Management, Digital Project Management experience required.
  • 2-4 years of data reporting/analytics experience required.
  • 1-2 years of people-management experience preferred.
  • Experience with creative production management, including oversight of external agencies.
  • Experience managing testing in marketing disciplines, paid media or general digital preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret paid media/digital performance data is critical.
  • Knowledge of the modern digital advertising landscape and how media channels work.
  • Strong project management skills, including commitment and follow-through on simultaneous projects.
  • Strong computer skills including Google/MS Office Suite, Google Marketing Platform/360, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and strong Excel skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMI or industry certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with modern project management tools: Asana, Monday, Page Proof, etc. is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is nice to have.
