About the position

The Digital Paid Media Project Manager at Astound Broadband plays a crucial role in supporting the everyday operations of the Paid Media program. This position is detail-oriented and encompasses project management, administration, and consultancy within the digital paid media discipline. The Digital Paid Media Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day details and operations of corporate and local marketing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring their timeliness and success. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Paid Media & Affiliates, this role requires excellent customer service skills in project management, creative development, strategic support, reporting, and operational oversight. In this role, the Digital Paid Media Project Manager will engage in various activities, including reviewing historical testing, maintaining testing documentation, and aligning with marketing test plans. The position involves designing digital paid media campaigns aimed at driving sales and meeting company goals across key geographic markets and consumer segments. The manager will also support the project management of national and local paid media programs for both residential and business-to-business sectors, ensuring that all campaign documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The role requires collaboration with various teams, including B2B and Corporate Residential functions, to support campaign development and logistics. The Digital Paid Media Project Manager will also assist with budget and invoice management, ensuring fiscal accountability of agency spending. Additionally, the position involves leading creative development for paid media campaigns, working closely with the Director of Omni-channel to meet brand requirements and manage the production of digital assets. The manager will also develop a creative testing roadmap and provide direction to teammates to support asset management. Overall, this position is integral to the success of the digital paid media initiatives at Astound Broadband, requiring a proactive approach to project management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Support the everyday operations of the Paid Media program for Astound Broadband.
  • Act as a project manager, administrator, and consultant within the digital paid media discipline.
  • Manage day-to-day details and operations of corporate and local marketing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Review and understand historical testing, innovations, and best practices within paid media.
  • Maintain testing documentation and master testing plan with the agency.
  • Design digital paid media campaigns to efficiently drive sales and meet company goals.
  • Support day-to-day project management of national and local paid media programs for Residential and B2B.
  • Review and develop campaign documentation including briefs and performance reports.
  • Act as a liaison to B2B and Corporate Residential functions for campaign development.
  • Support accounting/finance teams in budget and invoice management.
  • Lead creative development for Paid Media campaigns in collaboration with the Director, Omni-channel.
  • Develop a creative testing roadmap with the agency and manage asset production.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Paid Media, Creative Production Management, or Digital Project Management experience required.
  • 2-4 years of data reporting/analytics experience required.
  • 1-2 years of people-management experience preferred.
  • Experience with creative production management, including oversight of external agencies.
  • Ability to read and interpret paid media/digital performance data is critical.
  • Knowledge of the modern digital advertising landscape and how media channels work.
  • Strong project management skills, including commitment and follow-through on simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent computer skills including Google/MS Office Suite, Google Marketing Platform/360, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMI or industry certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with modern project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Page Proof is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
