About the position

The Digital Payments Product Manager at Scientific Games is responsible for shaping and optimizing digital payment solutions that support iLottery programs. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless and secure customer experience while driving innovation and improving overall business performance in the payments space.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and management of the payment roadmap for the iLottery platform
• Understand domestic and international payment methods to introduce effective solutions based on program demographics
• Familiarize with traditional and emerging payment methods
• Work with payment gateways to maintain and introduce new payment methods
• Collaborate with the larger payments team to align roadmaps and initiatives
• Oversee product integrations from start to finish to meet business needs
• Stay updated with the fast-paced Lottery and gaming space and its players

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with payment providers and/or processing
• Understanding of payment gateways and direct platform integrations
• Experience in negotiating payment terms and fees with vendors
• Proven track record of implementing new technologies and payment methods in the digital world

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of retail/lottery operations
• Experience in the iGaming/real money gaming space
