About the position

As a Digital Payments Product Manager at BLEND360, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital payment solutions. This position requires a skilled Product Manager with a strong execution-oriented mindset and client-facing competency. You will be responsible for delivering new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that complex technology assets are implemented successfully. Your role will involve managing multiple projects within our client ecosystem, coordinating a complex range of activities, and clearly defining project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities to align with the delivery of expected benefits. In this position, you will be tasked with the effective identification of risks and proactive solutioning to mitigate those risks and their impact on timelines. You will own the business responsibility for the assigned product(s), which includes managing end-to-end customer and partner experiences, mapping out visual flows, and securing stakeholder alignment. Additionally, you will develop business plans, implementation strategies, forecasts, and performance scorecards for your assigned products or services, working across partners and cross-functional disciplines. Your ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines will be crucial, as will your analytical skills and creativity in problem analysis and resolution. You should be passionate about innovation and knowledgeable about the evolving retail and financial space, tools, and experiences. Collaboration with partners, vendors, project delivery teams, IT product specialists, operations, and other key stakeholders will be essential to ensure proper integration between partner/vendor and internal systems, as well as the definition of efficient operational processes. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation for both internal and external use to support and sell capabilities. Managing the governance processes for your assigned product(s) will be part of your duties, including establishing baseline and best practices guidelines for product implementation, testing, and certifications. Compliance with applicable legal, information security, and regulatory policies and practices will also be a key focus area.

Responsibilities

  • Apply analytical processes, ingenuity, and creativity to problem analysis and resolution.
  • Collaborate with partners, vendors, project delivery teams, IT product specialists, and operations to ensure proper integration and efficient operational processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation for internal and external use.
  • Manage governance processes for assigned product(s) and establish best practices guidelines for implementation, testing, and certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, IS, and regulatory policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or IT; knowledge of the credit card industry preferred.
  • Exposure in payments and/or retail banking or merchants preferred; prior experience with Financial Services is preferred.
  • Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
