About the position

The Payments Senior Product Manager at Zoom Video Communications will lead the development and execution of eCommerce payment solutions, focusing on payment expansion, processing optimization, and fraud mitigation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in payment systems and a strategic mindset to enhance the digital payment infrastructure across various platforms and international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of the payments roadmap and execute initiatives related to fraud mitigation, product vision, features, and designs.
  • Oversee the successful completion of simultaneous complex projects involving multiple systems such as Stripe, Cybersource, Adyen, Zuora, and Salesforce.
  • Define business requirements, facilitate UX design, and assess new third-party vendors and their integrations.
  • Work with technology partners and vendors to deliver optimized customer-centric digital offerings through the eCommerce platform.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, data science, sales, marketing, and development teams to manage the backlog and release planning.
  • Anticipate the impact of change and create an environment for minimal disruption during transitions.
  • Proactively update and create project documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as an eCommerce Senior Product Manager or Feature, Consumer Facing Product Manager.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing financial goals and defining KPIs.
  • Extensive experience leading AB test roadmaps with proven financial success.
  • Experience leading user research to explain customer data trends.
  • Expertise in championing customer-centric experiences in a global eCommerce environment.
  • Proficient in scrum methodology and working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience managing highly cross-functional, visible projects.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and science engineering teams.
  • Expertise in data tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SaaS business models, acquisition, or growth product strategies.
  • Familiarity with Content Square, Qualtrics, and Optimizely.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and current trends.
