About the position

The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist at Perdue Farms is responsible for supporting the company's digital operations and associated brands. This role focuses on reporting and data analysis of digital marketing strategies, particularly in analyzing marketing statistics, monitoring campaign performance, and tracking marketing trends. The specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's mission and values, ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage reporting and data analysis for paid media campaigns.
  • Execute paid social campaigns daily, including establishing budgets, coordinating creative, building ad groups/campaigns, adjusting bid strategies, and optimizing toward established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to adjust campaigns to align with annual marketing plans and established goals.
  • Analyze and report on appropriate performance data/metrics, insights, and best practices to measure the success of every campaign and refine strategy for improved performance.
  • Oversee paid social marketing strategy and performance, partnering with internal team members and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed on time and maximize the brand's online presence and conversions.
  • Participate in the creative development process via direct interaction with the content team, including brief development, creative cost estimates, media estimates, and photo/video shoot process.
  • Build and distribute structured reports that reflect key KPIs of individual channels.
  • Complete all activities from the individual performance development plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years related work experience, including 0-3 years of E-Commerce marketing experience.
  • Experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with analyzing trends and building reports for company-wide exposure.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, etc.
