About the position

Minuteman Press is seeking a Digital Print Operator / Graphic Designer to assist customers with their print, promotional, and design projects. This role involves graphic design, digital printing, and customer service, requiring proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office. The position is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via telephone, email, and in-person with print, promotional, and design projects.
• Perform graphic design tasks using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Submit files to vendors and manage digital printing processes.
• Check and prepare files for printing, ensuring proper setup, color calibration, and imposition.
• Provide exemplary customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.

Requirements

• Experience with Graphic Design, specifically Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of graphic design experience (preferred).
• 1 year of print-related experience (preferred).
