About the position

The Digital Printing Production Manager at CardDeckPrinting.com is responsible for overseeing the setup and production of custom card decks. This role involves managing digital files, operating printing equipment, and assembling card decks and boxes independently. The position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various digital design software.

Responsibilities

• Set up digital files for printing card deck orders.
• Print card deck orders using Konica C2060 and C3070 Digital printers.
• Assemble custom card decks and boxes without supervision.
• Make changes or updates to existing orders using Canva, Adobe InDesign, and PDF software.
• Communicate professionally with customers through email, phone, or in-person.
• Maintain a high level of detail orientation and time management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Fiery Command WorkStation and digital printing equipment is required.
• Computer experience using Canva, Adobe InDesign, and PDF software is preferred.
• Ability to present ideas and communicate professionally with customers.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and have good time management skills.
• Good general math skills, particularly with decimals.
• Ability to work independently for long periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe InDesign (1 year preferred).
