About the position
The Digital Printing DTF Operator at JW Contract Screen is responsible for operating and maintaining Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing equipment, ensuring high-quality print production. This role also involves supporting screen printing operations, providing a comprehensive experience in both digital and traditional printing methods. The position emphasizes attention to detail, quality control, and collaboration within a dynamic production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage DTF printing equipment, including digital artwork setup and color management.
- Conduct regular quality checks on digital prints to confirm color accuracy and consistency.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on DTF equipment.
- Support screen printing operations, including press setup and quality control.
- Maintain an organized workspace for efficient production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
Requirements
- Experience with DTF or similar digital printing equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with screen printing processes is a plus.
- Understanding of color management and print resolution standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
