About the position

CEIs Fortune 500 Client is a world-leader in Media and Entertainment, and they are hiring a Digital Product Analyst who will focus on report-building, analysis, and sustaining analytics platforms for various customer-facing websites. The ideal candidate will possess the curiosity to understand the “why” behind user behavior and have the strategic, technical, and analytical skills needed to answer complex business questions using data. Key responsibilities include ensuring platform configuration quality and data collection, and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing guest experience and refining platform configuration. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension and permanent conversion, and it is an onsite position in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytics platform configuration projects for multiple domains.
  • Work with digital, tech, and creative partners to establish long-term reporting goals and support ad hoc requests.
  • Ensure PII compliance and conduct related validation efforts.
  • Assist with day-to-day vendor communication, including issue resolution.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the platform and act as an experience analytics facilitator and evangelist within Tech and Digital teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience with digital analytics.
  • 1 year of experience with an experience analytics, behavioral analytics, or CX platform.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital data and its strategic application.
  • Knowledge of analytics implementation and validation techniques.
  • Experience providing insights related to UX/UI, product design, or marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across various organizational levels and disciplines.
  • Capability to communicate moderate to difficult concepts and gain consensus on recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with analytics solution design or architecture.
  • Experience developing requirements for enterprise applications and features.
  • Experience executing projects within a matrixed organization.
  • Vendor management and/or communication experience.
