About the position

MillerKnoll's Summer Internship Program is a paid, 12-week opportunity designed for students early in their careers to gain real-world experience and develop professional skills. As a Digital Product Analyst Intern, you will support product initiatives and digital experiences, monitor and analyze the performance of digital products, and contribute to their enhancement while participating in mentorship and learning sessions with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding and addressing user needs.
• Support product testing efforts, including user acceptance and performance testing, and help document results.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics of digital products.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members on product features and updates.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of product documentation and timelines.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for and understanding of digital products and marketplaces.
• Basic analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enrolled and pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from an accredited college or university, and able to provide transcripts upon request.
• Must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.
• Must have satisfactorily completed basic coursework in the chosen degree program.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
