About the position

The Digital Product Analyst at the University of Miami Health System supports the Product Manager and the Digital Innovation team in enhancing the digital experience for patients and employees. This role involves managing the product development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, and ensuring that products meet customer and business requirements through collaboration with various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in the product development lifecycle from conception to deployment and maintenance.
  • Create product specifications including wireframes, process workflows, state transition diagrams, copy decks, acceptance test plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and personas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as patient experience, operations, marketing, development, data analytics, project management, engineering, and operations.
  • Document internal and external meetings, develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and timelines.
  • Visit physical sites to test products and ensure they meet requirements.
  • Participate in user research and analyze qualitative data and customer feedback.
  • Analyze quantitative data and present results in a business context.
  • Perform quality assurance testing alongside development and engineering teams.
  • Support the development of market research opportunities and conduct data gathering from target audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to inform the digital innovation team.
  • Identify and communicate with third-party vendors for potential collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office).
