About the position

Our client is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to join their team in Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid work model. This role is pivotal in driving business case development, project execution, data analysis, collaboration, communication, and mentoring within the Digital team. The Digital Product Analyst will solicit, document, and refine business requirements to address business problems and identify opportunities for improvement. This involves ensuring a clear understanding of requirements while maintaining both a strategic and analytical mindset. In terms of project execution, the analyst will work closely with Digital team members in a fast-paced, matrixed environment to implement assigned initiatives. Acting as a liaison to the Product Manager, the analyst will help quickly resolve potential blockers and partner with Program Delivery, Technology, and QA teams to develop robust testing and approval criteria. Data analysis is a key component of this role, where the analyst will leverage a combination of internal metrics and industry trends to support decision-making. This includes aggregating data from user feedback across various channels to aid in business case development and establishing ongoing metric requirements for post-implementation tracking to measure effectiveness. Collaboration is essential, as the analyst will partner with resources across the Digital team on a day-to-day basis, fostering teamwork and compromise while driving towards common goals. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for developing internal and external communication plans, assessing change management requirements, and ensuring organizational readiness. Mentoring and coaching other members of the Product team will also be a significant part of this role, contributing to the overall growth and development of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit, document, and refine business requirements to solve business problems and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of the Product team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in large, enterprise-level programs/projects, preferably in Digital domains.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a background in the banking/financial industry.
  • Proven ability to define and solve complex business problems using best-in-class technical solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying degrees of complexity and duration.
  • Familiarity with the Product Development Lifecycle, ideally within an Agile framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Digital Banking Services and Financial Institution experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
