About the position

The Digital Product Analyst at Deckers Brands plays a crucial role in supporting the digital transformation of wholesale and retail business groups. This position involves collaborating with product managers, business teams, and development teams to create digital designs and tools that meet the company's digital needs. The analyst is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction, and innovating based on market trends and user feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with digital transformation for wholesale and retail business groups.
  • Work with product manager, business, and development teams to create digital designs and tools.
  • Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining product vision.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and other vendors to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Partner in product strategy and roadmap discussions with product teams and leadership.
  • Deliver Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and justifications.
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
  • Serve as an advisory to users and monitor external products available in the market.
  • Innovate and ensure customer/users are at the center of any changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in Business Analytics or as a Product Owner for Digital Tools.
  • 1 year of experience as a Product Analyst.
  • Experience defining and launching Digital Products.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in any database query language.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Github.
  • Experience working with development teams, Quality Assurance, and external software vendors.
  • Ability to partner in product strategy and roadmap discussions with product teams and leadership.
  • Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and justifications.
  • Experience running beta and pilot programs with early-stage Digital Products and samples.
  • Experience serving in an advisory capacity to product users as a Digital Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while reaching established milestones.
