About the position

The Digital Product Analyst role is focused on developing business cases, executing projects, analyzing data, and fostering collaboration within a digital team. This position requires a strategic and analytical mindset to solve business problems and identify improvement opportunities, particularly in the banking and financial sectors. The analyst will work closely with various teams to implement initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, document, and refine business requirements to solve business problems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Digital team members to implement assigned initiatives in a high-paced matrixed environment.
• Act as a liaison to the Product Manager to quickly resolve potential blockers.
• Partner with Program Delivery, Technology, and QA teams to develop robust testing and approval criteria.
• Leverage internal metrics and industry trends to aid in decision making and aggregate data from user feedback.
• Establish ongoing metric requirements for post-implementation tracking to measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with resources across the Digital team on a day-to-day basis, fostering teamwork and compromise.
• Develop internal and external communication plans, assessing change management requirements and organizational readiness.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of the Product team.

Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience working in large, enterprise-level programs/projects, particularly in Digital domains.
• Strong preference for candidates from the banking/financial industry.
• Proven ability to define and solve complex business problems with technical solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying degrees of complexity and duration.
• Experience in Product Development Lifecycle, ideally within an Agile framework.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of Digital Banking Services and Financial Institution experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years of relevant experience.
