About the position

The Digital Product Analyst at YETI plays a crucial role in analyzing site and digital product data to develop insights that support customer-facing solutions aimed at driving business outcomes. This position involves collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance key metrics such as revenue, retention, and engagement, while also supporting A/B testing and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance revenue, retention, and engagement metrics, including hypothesis development and insights analysis.
  • Support A/B testing and optimization programs with strong data storytelling.
  • Drive strategic decision-making and prioritization by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and digital analytics tagging recommendations to support data collection for business reporting.
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure data collection, processing, and governance are up to date and conform with industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in an analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and Tableau; experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or another web analytics tool is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing.
  • Experience working with large datasets in a business environment.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary.
