About the position

Mister Car Wash is seeking a skilled Digital Product and Content Manager to oversee the management and optimization of website and mobile app content. This role is crucial for enhancing user experience, ensuring engaging content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of content management, product management, and user experience skills, with a passion for creating impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product strategy for the website and mobile app, focusing on user needs, business goals, and competitive insights.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement new features, functionalities, and UX improvements based on the agreed-upon roadmap.
  • Lead user acceptance testing for the digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and user engagement, driving continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the creation, curation, and optimization of content across the website and mobile app.
  • Implement approved content updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to integrate content strategies with broader marketing initiatives, including SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create cohesive and engaging digital campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to assess the effectiveness of content and features, iterating based on results.
  • Measure and report on customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion rates related to digital experiences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for content and product-related initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development.
  • Facilitate communication and feedback loops among stakeholders to ensure alignment on product priorities and content strategies.
  • Report on product and content performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, content management, or related roles, with a strong understanding of web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to think creatively and resourcefully, with a continuous learning mindset to quickly adapt to new challenges, technologies, and evolving business needs.
  • Proven track record of managing digital products and content, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies for content and product improvements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with HTML.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies, including A/B testing and usability testing.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and insights clearly to diverse audiences.
