About the position

Digital Foundry, Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Designer to join their team in Tiburon, CA. This entry-level position focuses on creating innovative digital products by leveraging modern design practices, including UX/UI design, accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles. The designer will work closely with clients and internal teams to facilitate workshops, conduct user research, and develop practical digital experiences that meet user needs and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to understand user needs and workflows.
• Engage in creative processes to ideate and refine concepts into practical digital product experiences.
• Perform digital product design activities to craft aesthetically pleasing and functional digital applications and interfaces.
• Design with a focus on technical feasibility, incorporating AI usability insights and accessibility considerations.
• Effectively communicate and document interaction and interface components for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Background in digital UX design.
• Proficient in Figma for designing and handing off projects.
• Understanding of modern design practices, including AI-compatible design and accessibility standards.
