About the position

The Digital Product/Growth Marketing Manager at US Tech Solutions is responsible for developing and executing global growth marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and product adoption through agency partnerships. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts and drive engagement and revenue through the Global Agency Rewards program.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on global growth marketing plans for Agencies leveraging the Global Agency Rewards program.
  • Work on customer acquisition and product adoption through Agencies and lead collaboration across various stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, addressing the needs of agency customers and their clients.
  • Provide Global PMM Support to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through the Rewards program across the 3P segments.
  • Inform and refine the global Acquisition Rewards communications strategy for all Third party audiences.
  • Manage projects and deliverables according to defined OKRs and communicate plans to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback on the offering cross-functionally and amongst 3Ps, providing recommendations to optimize programs and identify new segments and opportunities.
  • Launch, measure, and scale Acquisition pilots by liaising with legal, finance, accounting, localization, regional and local Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience working in marketing strategy or marketing program management, preferably in a technology or media company.
  • Experience with growth marketing channels such as email, website optimization, paid media, social, video, and in-product notifications.
