About the position

The Digital Product Lifecycle Manager at TK Elevator will lead the digital product team in Atlanta, GA, focusing on developing and enhancing digital solutions. This role emphasizes a customer-first approach, requiring a blend of technical expertise in programming and data management, alongside strong analytical and communication skills to interpret and leverage data for product improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products.
  • Own and deliver the OPL commitment to our digital Smart Services Offerings.
  • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process.
  • Craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert it into a concrete strategy.
  • Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for features and functionalities.
  • Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps for the broader company product portfolio plan.
  • Develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product.
  • Manage, store, process, and analyze large data sets to identify business opportunities and efficiencies.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through various data sources.
  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products.
  • Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with executive teams to identify key capabilities needed and potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
  • Work with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure timely delivery of capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging for differentiation from competitors.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance for constant iteration and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in digital product management or similar role.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and knowledge of back-end and front-end programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
  • Usability and customer-focused design experience is a plus.
  • Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree is preferred.
