About the position

The Digital Product Management CO-OP position at Sensitech involves supporting the product management team in developing solutions for customers. The role focuses on enhancing the primary software platform and creating new solutions, working closely with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle to deliver value to customers and the company.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Champion for features, supporting strategic and tactical initiatives to generate new market share and ensure customer retention.
• Understand, document, and communicate product/service solutions, including value to target customers, market size, competitive landscape, business risk, and financial opportunities.
• Create business cases and requirements for potential new products and enhancements based on business and commercial drivers.
• Translate customer and market needs, along with regulatory and technology trends, into product requirements and customer use cases.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Available to work onsite in Beverly, Massachusetts from January through August 2025.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goals.
• Familiarity with agile principles and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or similar software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
