About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to lead our Digital Wallets Product Team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating on the strategic vision, product roadmap, and execution for our digital wallets portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Payments, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative and customer-centric digital wallet solutions. Your goal will be to drive user engagement, enhance customer experience, and expand our digital wallet offerings in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area. You will engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes. Identifying and recommending opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables and interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within your scope of responsibility. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will interact directly with external customers and manage the allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in the aligned department or business group. You will also develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy, working in an environment where Agile methodologies are used and navigating product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Additionally, you will manage regulatory and compliance requirements in the Fintech industry and navigate international markets to scale digital products globally.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of management experience.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product developments.
