About the position

The Digital Product Management Senior Manager for Online Banking at PNC is responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to enhance the digital banking experience. This role involves acting as a liaison between various business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the delivery of exceptional digital services. The position requires extensive experience in Agile development and a strong understanding of technology development processes, particularly within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers to optimize digital experiences across business segments.
• Develop and implement complex, cross-functional digital strategies leveraging design thinking and best practices.
• Conduct industry and market research to assess digital experience trends and recommend enhancements.
• Oversee the development and rollout of new digital features, ensuring they meet strategic goals and are completed on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to align digital experiences with business objectives.
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit requirements as part of the first line of defense.
• Manage and develop the performance of digital teams to drive business and customer experience results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience, preferably in financial services.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in digital project management and user experience design.
• Ability to leverage design thinking in product development.
