About the position

The Digital Product Management Senior Manager at PNC is responsible for driving transformation in the Retail Lending organization, specifically focusing on Credit Card servicing for Branches and Call Centers. This role involves developing product vision and strategy, conducting market research, and leading digital teams to optimize digital experiences. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that digital initiatives align with business goals and are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends.
• Effectively deliver presentations to key stakeholders and top-management including status updates for project stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Maintain roadmap within the investment frame and align with enterprise initiatives.
• Engage in discussions with Tech partners regarding architecture and Rest APIs.
• Oversee the development, production, roll-out, or promotion of digital experiences and ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
• Drive partnership with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing, and external vendors.
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
• Build, manage, motivate, and develop the performance of the Digital teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in digital product management or related field.
• 5+ years of prior management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; higher education such as a Master's degree or PhD is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience with Salesforce implementations for branch/call center operations.
• Well-versed in architecture and Rest APIs.
