About the position

The Digital Product Management Senior Manager at PNC is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional digital strategies within the Retail Lending organization. This role focuses on optimizing digital experiences through effective management of digital teams, leveraging industry insights, and driving product development and transformation initiatives. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that digital experiences align with strategic goals and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for complex, cross-functional digital strategies across business segments to optimize digital experience.
• Leverages industry and market place research to assess digital experience trends and recommend new digital experiences or enhancements.
• Assists Group Manager with defining strategy and prioritizing recommendations.
• Drives business case development for digital initiatives.
• Leads digital teams in developing and designing features of new or existing digital experiences.
• Oversees the development, production, roll-out, or promotion of digital experiences, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Builds and manages partnerships with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment of digital experiences.
• Supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
• Builds, manages, motivates, and develops the performance of Digital teams to drive business and customer experience results.

Requirements

• Experience in credit card or retail lending.
• Product management experience with agile/SAFe framework.
• Experience in digital and back-end development and platform development.
• Proven experience in launching products and capabilities.
• Budget management experience for projects.
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders from different organizations.
• Strong communication skills.
