About the position

The Digital Product Management Senior Manager at PNC is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional digital strategies within the Retail Lending organization. This role focuses on optimizing digital experiences through collaboration with various stakeholders, leveraging design thinking, and ensuring that digital initiatives align with strategic goals. The position requires a blend of product management expertise, budget management, and the ability to drive large-scale transformations in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex digital strategies across business segments.
• Optimize digital experiences by leveraging design thinking and best practices.
• Conduct market research to assess digital experience trends and recommend enhancements.
• Oversee the development, production, and promotion of digital experiences, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including Product, Technology, and Marketing teams.
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit requirements as part of the first line of defense.
• Manage and develop the performance of digital teams to achieve business and customer experience results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in digital product management or related fields.
• 5+ years of prior management experience.
• Experience in credit card or retail lending sectors.
• Familiarity with product management and agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Proven track record in launching products and managing budgets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
