About the position

The Digital Product Management Senior Manager at PNC is responsible for driving transformation in the Retail Lending organization, specifically focusing on Credit Card servicing for Branches and Call Centers. This role involves developing product vision and strategy, conducting market research, and leading digital teams to optimize digital experiences. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and managing the performance of digital teams to achieve business and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends
• Effectively deliver presentations to key stakeholders and top-management including status updates for project stakeholders on a regular basis
• Maintain roadmap within the investment frame and align with enterprise initiatives
• Drive conversations with Tech partners regarding architecture and Rest APIs
• Oversee the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences
• Build, manage, motivate, and develop the performance of the Digital teams
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs

Requirements

• University/college degree; higher education such as a Master's degree or PhD is desirable
• 8+ years of industry experience
• At least 5 years of prior management experience
• Knowledge of product line and product development strategy
• Experience with Salesforce and salesforce implementations for branch/call center operations
