About the position

The Digital Product Manager role focuses on consulting for complex initiatives within Technology Business Services. The position requires collaboration with client personnel to address multifaceted challenges, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while delivering on project objectives. The role is hybrid, based in Charlotte, NC, and is a contract position lasting 12 months with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges in Technology Business Services.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Write requirements based on agile methodology and develop user stories with acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Experience working with risk and compliance teams.
• Ability to document processes to enhance systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CDD (customer due diligence) applications.
• Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) applications.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone application or other monitoring/onboarding tools.
