The Digital Product Manager, App & Profile is a new position being created to drive new experiences and enhancements on how our athletes and fans engage with The IRONMAN Group's digital apps and profile. This role will be responsible for managing the digital CX strategy in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Digital Platforms, UX/UI Design and Web Development. The right candidate for this role should have experience with solutioning for customer facing experiences via web/mobile and apps. As solutions for these products are all geared towards endurance athletes, having experience as an athlete or experience working with athletes in the sports industry is highly preferred. This position is based in Tampa, Florida and reports directly to the Senior Director, Digital Platforms.
