About the position

The Digital Product Manager for the Content Hub at Scientific Games is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals and market needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality features, managing the end-to-end development process, and ensuring the Content Hub meets the needs of game studios and lottery operators. The position also includes monitoring performance metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Content Hub.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitor products.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the Content Hub's functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver features.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Manage the end-to-end development process, including writing product requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for game studio partners and platform integrators.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure the Content Hub offers a diverse selection of games.
• Oversee the integration of new content and studios.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the Content Hub.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support customer success teams with knowledge of the Content Hub.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of game content and game studio integrations.
• Experience with iGaming technology in a product capacity.
• Proven track record of implementing new technologies and features.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of retail/lottery operations is helpful but not required.
• Experience in the iGaming/real money gaming space.
