About the position

The Digital Product Manager will lead a team across various business, IT, and operational sectors to create and implement digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps that meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with decision-makers and end-users to identify requirements and goals, serving as the technical point of contact for new systems, and managing change and troubleshooting efforts. The position requires a strong focus on design, testing, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple business, IT, and operational teams.
• Create and implement digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps that address business needs.
• Meet with decision makers and end users to identify business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals.
• Serve as the technical point of contact in the presentation of new systems/applications.
• Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems.
• Develop and maintain design documentation for integration points between systems.
• Recommend controls by identifying problems and opportunities.
• Act as a liaison to IT and Operations teams for managing change/release efforts and troubleshooting system and end user issues.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of financial services experience
• 5+ years of experience in the digital space
• Experience as a people manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to relay ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Collaborative team player
