This remote position is responsible for designing new technology that powers seamless end-user experiences and utilizes new frameworks, capabilities, and tools. The Digital Product Manager will join a collaborative, cross-functional team that values insight, encourages taking on new responsibilities, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of next-gen capabilities such as a business self-service UI, cloud-based solutions, and SaaS/PaaS products. This role is perfect for someone motivated to apply their skills to develop elegant, modern solutions that create great experiences for internal users and clients. In this position, you will collaborate with relevant business and technology partners across the firm to facilitate ideation, design, implementation, and process improvement recommendations. You will also communicate directly with clients to further refine products and processes based on their needs. The Digital Product Manager will analyze the latest advancements in key product and service areas such as AI, Digital Applications, and Cloud platforms to support HORNE's positioning to successfully implement new technology to meet client needs. The responsibilities include working with the AI & Innovation team to establish scope, deliverables, and resource requirements, developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy, conducting market research, leading the development of product backlogs, and partnering with software engineers to design and deliver functionalities. You will also lead grooming activities within an Agile team, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, and measure product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
