The Digital Product Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the success of digital experiences within the Mount Sinai Health System. This role is crucial in creating significant value for various stakeholders, including patients, providers, staff, and other constituents. The Digital Product Manager will collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners, including executives, clinical, operational, design, and marketing teams, to ensure that digital initiatives align with organizational priorities and effectively meet user needs. In this role, the Digital Product Manager will define the vision, goals, and strategies for digital experiences, working closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop comprehensive roadmaps. They will discover and prioritize new opportunities by identifying underserved user needs through qualitative research and quantitative analyses. This includes creating financial models to size and scope new opportunities, proving the value of prioritizing one initiative over another, and conducting market research to identify gaps and trends that Mount Sinai can capitalize on. The Digital Product Manager will also be responsible for measuring and improving the success metrics of digital initiatives, developing business cases to assess the expected versus actual value realized, and improving the ROI of the digital program. They will support the go-to-market strategy and planning by collaborating with multidisciplinary partners to launch new digitally enabled offerings, ensuring successful product-market fit and growth. Additionally, the Digital Product Manager will manage stakeholders by coordinating and communicating with a wide range of internal and external parties to plan, execute, and evolve digital experiences. They will present proposals and recommendations to executive sponsors to drive decisions and help build enterprise-wide governance and support for digital initiatives.
