This position will serve as the product owner for the internal email distribution application and provide operational support to ensure the health, improvement, and success of the application. This individual contributor will be responsible for the product backlog and will have a deep understanding of the product roadmap to drive execution of organizational objectives. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Digital Product Manager. In this role, you will maximize the SCRUM team capacity to deliver a world-class portal experience, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver digital transformation solutions. You will define the scope for Line of Business (LOB) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post-Production Validation (PPV). Additionally, you will translate the product roadmap, define stories, prioritize the story backlog, and establish sprint goals. You will collaborate with technology to work through a universal backlog of application enhancements and be accountable for the socialization of the backlog and associated priorities. Facilitating backlog refinement sessions and ensuring alignment to strategic goals will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with UX/UI designers to create and refine user stories, make real-time decisions during development sprints, and gather feedback to incorporate it into the product backlog and development plans.
