About the position

As a Digital Product Manager within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will play a crucial role in executing digital strategies across various business segments to enhance the digital experience. This position involves analyzing market trends, supporting the development of digital experiences, and managing the rollout and promotion of these solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring business results and making recommendations for improvements, all while ensuring compliance with risk management and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience.
• Complete basic analysis of digital experience, market trends, and third-party requirements.
• Assist in business case development for new and existing digital experiences.
• Participate in the development and design of digital experiences, making effective recommendations.
• Manage the development, production, rollout, or promotion of digital experiences.
• Execute customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes.
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as necessary.
• Monitor business results of digital experiences and recommend modifications for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience in web development and product marketing.
• Strong analysis skills and project management experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).
• Knowledge of digital user experience and IT architecture.
• Familiarity with wireframing and data visualization techniques.
