About the position

As a Digital Product Manager within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will support the execution of digital strategy across business segments to enhance the digital experience. This role involves analyzing market trends, participating in the development of digital experiences, and managing quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with risk management standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience.
• Complete basic analysis of digital experience, market trends, and third-party requirements.
• Participate in and make recommendations for the development and design of digital experiences.
• Manage the development, production, roll-out, or promotion of digital experiences.
• Execute customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes.
• Monitor business results of digital experiences and recommend modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
