About the position

TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader dedicated to creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. The Digital Product Manager Internship program is designed to develop potential leaders and provide interns with valuable experience working directly with senior management. Interns will gain unique insights into the structure of a multi-national, Fortune 500 company while collaborating with a diverse team of product managers and UX designers. The internship focuses on launching new or improved self-service capabilities for distributors and end customers, emphasizing a user-centric approach and data-driven problem-solving. Interns will be responsible for customer needs analysis, product development, and execution, ensuring an intuitive online experience for users. At the end of the internship, interns will present their customer research, proposed solutions, and any realized impacts or customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to develop self-service capabilities for distributors and end customers.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis to inform product development.
  • Drive product development and execution to enhance user experience.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to solve problems and make recommendations.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with technical teams.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for product launches.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Economics, Internet Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and documentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in product development or user experience design.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of metrics and analytics tools.
