About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Allstate is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of products within the Law and Regulation department. This role focuses on strategic product vision, product discovery, and maximizing customer and enterprise value. The manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and product execution, while also validating product assumptions through discovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create, drive, and execute product strategy for multiple products in the Law and Regulation product portfolio.
• Use customer feedback, market analysis, and data gathering to inform product strategy decisions.
• Define and manage metrics to measure success and inform overall product strategy.
• Act as the voice of the customer by engaging with current and potential customers to understand their needs.
• Engage in discovery and testing activities to validate assumptions and product direction.
• Decompose complex problems into manageable tasks and prioritize the product backlog.
• Manage product backlog and provide timely feedback to stakeholders on development iterations.
• Coach and mentor team members and cross-functional development teams on collaboration and product implementation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical and/or digital product management experience preferred.
• 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong experience with pre-litigation, client legal services, corporate law, and regulation processes beneficial.
• Solid understanding of technology development environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in application and platform modernization.
• Experience in KPI-driven environments with accountability for meeting goals.
• Advanced communication skills for conveying complex concepts to product teams.
• Passion for technology products and innovation opportunities.
• Self-directed with proactive problem anticipation and opportunity seeking.
• Proficient in iterative and incremental delivery.
