About the position

The Digital Product Manager Lead at Elevance Health is responsible for leading digital product management initiatives and associates. This role involves translating customer needs into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance user engagement and product performance. The position requires a strong focus on analytics, agile processes, and user-centered design to drive continuous improvement in digital offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership of digital product management associates and initiatives.
  • Translate the needs and insights of Specialty Rx Customers into a roadmap of specific initiatives, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design solutions that support critical objectives and renew analytics data and metrics dashboards.
  • Prioritize work to balance velocity with value and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Communicate status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to management and team members.
  • Organize and facilitate standard agile operating processes including research planning and budget management.
  • Ensure alignment across execution teams and resolve issues impacting delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to document digital features and acceptance criteria.
  • Employ a user-centered design philosophy to improve customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Benchmark and track performance of solutions and identify tactical opportunities for enhancements.
  • Support end-to-end efforts to develop and deliver solutions and features, resolving defects and bugs as needed.
  • Own grooming and refinement of strategic priorities into discrete epics and features.
  • Manage creation of mockups, demos, and technical proofs of concept for stakeholders.
  • Deliver continuous site and feature enhancements via Agile product development processes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years' experience leading responsive web product management.
  • 5 years' experience building digital customer-facing products at scale.
  • 3 years' experience building customer-centric digital experiences (B2C).
  • 2 years' experience with Agile processes such as SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
  • Proven track record of successfully shipping superior digital products.
  • Strong working knowledge of usability, UX, design, marketing, and information architecture.
