About the position

The Digital Project Manager will play a crucial role in the Consumer Lending line of business, focusing on products related to merchant services and payments. This position involves reviewing and analyzing moderately complex Digital Product Management challenges that necessitate a thorough evaluation of various factors. The Digital Project Manager will contribute to resolving these challenges and consult with team members to ensure that Digital Product Management deliverables are met. A solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is essential for success in this role. In this position, the Digital Project Manager will be expected to leverage their expertise in Merchant Services and Banking/Financial Services to navigate the complexities of the payments industry. The role requires strong project and product management skills, as well as knowledge of Payment Brands and general payments industry knowledge. The ability to work effectively within Microsoft Office products and navigate SharePoint is also necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodology will be beneficial, as the Digital Project Manager will need to adapt to changing project requirements and pivot quickly as needed. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as the Digital Project Manager will be required to interact with various stakeholders and ensure that project objectives are clearly understood and met. The position is based in Irving, TX, and is expected to follow a standard business schedule from Monday to Friday. This is a contract position lasting between 18 to 24 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with Merchant Services.
  • Previous experience in Banking/Financial Services.
  • Strong Project/Product Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Payment Brand.

  • Ability to navigate within SharePoint.

  • Well-organized and able to pivot projects quickly.
