About the position

The Digital Product Manager at Hyatt will play a crucial role in the Mobile App Digital Product Team, collaborating with the global Digital Product team and various stakeholders to enhance Hyatt's digital offerings. This position focuses on developing and executing a strategic roadmap for the World of Hyatt Mobile Application, ensuring a superior property and in-stay guest experience while fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, prioritize, and execute a strategic, data-driven roadmap for the native World of Hyatt Mobile Application, focused on the property and in-stay guest experience.
  • Lead day-to-day product management activities in partnership with teammates in Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operational roles.
  • Write agile user epics and stories that break down complex experiences into tactical steps to build digital products iteratively.
  • Maintain and enhance existing digital product(s) to maximize opportunity, deliver long-term value, and be a good product steward.
  • Measure and report on product performance (both quantitative and qualitative).
  • Identify, research, and socialize data-driven insights, making sound data-driven feature/functionality decisions.
  • Communicate product strategy and development updates to Digital leadership and other stakeholders throughout the company.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to align product strategy to business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, or other equivalent business/function role.
  • Bachelor's degree or other equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient digital background, with prior experience delivering and managing enterprise-level products.
  • Comfortable managing discussions with business stakeholders and technical resources.
  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Experience with digital product management systems such as JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Splunk.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospitality and/or native applications is a plus.
