The Digital Product Manager at Outreach Inc. plays a crucial role in developing site features, roadmaps, and UX/UI for all web properties with a strategic focus on growth and revenue enhancement. This position is responsible for driving product engagement and ensuring that the digital products align with customer needs and market trends. The Digital Product Manager will design and develop roadmaps that direct the development of all web applications, ensuring that they meet the company's strategic goals. This includes conducting monthly research reporting on customer needs and market gaps, as well as monitoring and maintaining weekly KPI and traffic analysis for key sites. The goal is to achieve a 10% increase in product engagement year over year and to publish new products as needed to grow revenue. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Digital Product Manager will act as the product manager for web applications, which includes managing ad placements, email acquisition efforts, and the overall customer experience. This role requires collaboration with various teams to support organizational goals and to lead teams in a manner consistent with best management practices. The Digital Product Manager will seek feedback and input from customers and potential customers to continuously improve the product offerings.
