About the position

The Digital Product Manager - Owner at Cummins Inc. is responsible for leading multiple projects in the Systems/Information Technology domain. Responsibilities

• Driving project success by leading multiple projects from start to finish.
• Facilitating project planning sessions with stakeholders to define clear project scopes and objectives.
• Establishing and tracking performance goals to keep projects on track.
• Identifying and resolving project issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Regularly updating the project team and stakeholders on project status.
• Using quality tools to identify and mitigate risks to protect projects from setbacks.
• Documenting and sharing learnings with other teams to enhance overall project efficiency.
• Guiding and coaching team members while providing developmental feedback.

Requirements

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to use Design Thinking principles and Pragmatic framework tools to define customer, market, and regional personas and needs.
• Ability to understand key activities and issues in software product development to effectively translate and communicate to stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn new product management approaches and tools in an Agile product development environment.
