About the position

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple IT projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met and value is delivered.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders to define clear project scopes and objectives.
  • Establish and track performance goals to keep projects on track and meet business expectations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Regularly update project teams and stakeholders on project status to foster transparency and collaboration.
  • Use quality tools to identify and mitigate risks to protect projects from potential setbacks.
  • Document and share learnings with other teams to enhance project efficiency.
  • Guide and coach team members, providing developmental feedback to build a capable team.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
  • Understanding of financial indicators to make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of the business landscape to ensure projects contribute to broader business strategies.
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear communications tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong customer focus to build and maintain relationships.

  • Ability to use Design Thinking principles and Pragmatic framework tools.
  • Understanding of key activities in software product development to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
