About the position

The Digital Product Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and vision for digital experiences, focusing on customer needs and market insights. This role emphasizes a data-driven approach to optimize digital products, ensuring they meet user expectations while driving business value. The position supports the Consumer and Small Business credit card product portfolio, leveraging analytics to enhance product performance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage market and competitive insights to establish a digital product vision.
  • Define the multi-year digital product strategy including target markets and user segments.
  • Integrate digital products and platforms to enhance user experience and drive business value.
  • Drive digital product development through the agile delivery lifecycle.
  • Enable cross-channel strategy by delivering digital solutions that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Measure customer engagement and optimize digital adoption and retention.
  • Identify product-market fit through best-in-class research deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other functions to develop go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management or similar experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the financial institution or credit card industry.

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of user experience design principles.
