About the position

The Digital Product Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and vision for digital experiences, particularly in the area of partner card servicing. This role focuses on maximizing results for both end users and internal business partners through a data-driven approach, ensuring ongoing measurement and optimization of digital experiences. The manager will support the Consumer and Small business credit card product portfolio by analyzing product economics, channel performance, and customer behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the digital product vision and strategy for partner card servicing.
• Establish a multi-year digital product strategy including target markets and user segments.
• Integrate digital products and platforms to enhance user experience and drive business value.
• Manage the digital product development roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle.
• Enable cross-channel strategy by delivering digital solutions that drive adoption and engagement.
• Measure customer engagement and optimize digital adoption and retention.
• Conduct product-market fit research and deliver best-in-class research deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing and other functions to develop go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management or similar experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the financial institution or credit card industry.
