About the position

The Digital Product Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and vision for digital experiences, particularly in the Consumer and Small Business credit card product portfolio. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize digital products, enhance customer engagement, and ensure seamless self-service and human-assisted interactions. The position requires a strong emphasis on product strategy, development, and cross-channel alignment to drive adoption and growth in digital banking.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the digital product vision and strategy based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Establish a multi-year digital product strategy including target markets and user segments.
  • Integrate digital products and platforms to enhance user experience and drive business value.
  • Manage the digital product development roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle.
  • Enable cross-channel strategies to maximize digital adoption and engagement.
  • Measure customer engagement and optimize digital experiences to increase retention.
  • Conduct product-market fit research and deliver best-in-class research deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other functions to develop go-to-market strategies for digital products.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management or similar experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the financial institution and credit card industry.

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of user experience design principles.
